Anntat Frozen Food was set up in 1993 to satisfy the needs of the oriental community overseas and to cater to those who love fine oriental cuisines.

We specialised in producing high quality yet affordable convenient frozen food, namely "Tim Sum" and other oriental delicacies.
Hence, to meet our customers' expectations, we are constantly in search of new and innovative ideas to tempt the palate. This includes the palate of the non-chinese as well.

With Johor's strategic position and status, our Malaysian company, Sin Pak Bee Seafood Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is able to source for the best raw materials directly from fisheries in South East Asia at competitive prices. This ensures a supply of consistent and quality ingredients with which fine authentic Malaysian cuisines are produced. The savings from the cost of these raw materials are passed on to our customers.

Physical Evaluation Of Products

Finished products are physically evaluated for:

• Uniformity of size and colour

• Texture

• Flavour and Characteristics (taste and   aroma)

Both in-house and independant laboratories are used for analysis, formulation, improvement and development of products. Modern food processing technology is carefully blended with our chef's traditional culinary skills to achieve products of the highest quality. Processing time and temperature are continuously monitored by our chef to ensure that the finished products are not only delicious but their nutritional values and freshness are also retained.


Total Refrigeration System

To ensure maximum freshness of raw materials and finished products, proper storage and packing procedures are observed with our total refrigeration system. The system consists of the following:

A blast freezer operating at -40° Celsius rapidly freezes the products to
  -20°Celsius.

• Separate coldrooms of capacity of 40 ton and 60 ton operating
  consistently at -20°Celsius to store raw materials and finished products.

• A 5 ton chiller operating at 0°Celsius for thawing of raw materials before
  processing.

• A 20 ton Dry Room for storing of dry ingredients.

• A spacious designed air-conditioned processing, production & packing
  room for the packing of finished goods into consumer and bulk packings.
